Service technician, wide format digital printing machines - Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Service Technician to join a leading company distributor of large format printing machines, for their service base in Sofia.

Main responsibilities:
- operational support of large format machines (software and hardware)
- diagnosis of mechanical, software, network and system failures using established procedures.
- preparation of reports on the work performed, providing accurate information on the service activity.
- communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction

The ideal candidate has:
- qualification in electronics (or related field),
- high computer literacy
- driving license
- time and resource management skills
