Recruitment Team Lead, Sofia

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Team Lead to join a successful team of a global technology company. You will be based in Sofia.
As the Recruitment Team Lead, you'll be making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the very highest standards of client's service are maintained throughout.

You'll be the person that leads the team, driving performance to execute the recruitment strategy.

Key duties:

Reviewing recruitment strategy and improving recruitment processes as needed to meet company needs.
Tracking recruitment flow at all stages and of the process and ensuring quick turnarounds
Allocate responsibilities and prioritise tasks, set expectations and monitor progress;
Measure, analyse and report on results and metrics;
Manage the end to end recruitment process
Liaising with Managers regarding suitable candidates
Organising interviews and feedback.
Candidate liaison.
Providing support to the recruitment team along with guidance and knowledge


What will you need:

A proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruitment - BPO industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, personable and enthusiastic
Driven and self-motivated
Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
Ability to support and co-ordinate a team
Ability to take business trips
Fluent English
