We are looking for a colleague to become part of our client's HR team.

- This should be an enthusiastic and hard-working specialist in recruitment and human resources, who is ready to be part of interesting projects, new challenges and prospects for development.

- you will be responsible for compiling and publishing job advertisements in various web-based platforms and other sources of information for job seekers;
- you will make a selection of potential candidates;
- you will schedule and conduct interviews;
- you will work in direct connection with the heads of the individual units in order to get the most accurate and complete information about the required profile;
- You will actively participate in all initiatives and policy development related to human resource management and recruitment;
- you will explore the opportunities for staff training and development and make suggestions to your line manager.

To ensure success in this position, you must have:
- knowledge of recruitment process;
- skills for working with various digital tools and web-based platforms for selection and management of human resources;
- excellent communication skills, ability to perform several tasks and prioritize;
- desire to work

- knowledge of the principles of company policies for human resources management;
- very good English.
