Our client is an important international transport company with around 400 trucks and specialized in fresh trucks, for this reason, we are looking for someone who would help to recruit new professional drivers.
We are looking for a Recruiter based in Ruse / Varna / Burgas. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the transportation industry.
How to be a successful candidate?
- Prove your experience in recruitment / HR in a transporting company/ Truck driver/ Sales agent
- Show excellent level of English or Spanish language
- Show professional and engaging communication manner
Your tasks:
- looking for excellent and potential candidates around the country
- handling the recruitment process (phone calls, interviews, close the deal with the new divers)
- looking after the new hire's documents
- establishing a pipeline for future driver capacity needs
- summarising and delivering to Manager
- You should hold a Driving license and own a car.
- Also, you must be available for business trips across Bulgaria.
