Online Assistant, based in Europe


We are looking for Online Assistants based in Europe to handle day to day tasks including:

  • Customer service for existing and new customers
  • Assist clients with any administrative tasks they need help with
  • Locate and screen potential clients
  • Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Answering phone calls 
  • Basic data entry
  • Content Creation for Social Media and Websites


  • Excellent English language skills, any additional foreign language would be highly appreciated;
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent communication, knowledge of business correspondence 
  • Wide range of computer skills incl. video communication channels. video streaming platforms, ERM systems
  • Ability in multitasking: you need to be comfortable jumping from one task to another

You may have to work evenings and weekends
