We are seeking a dynamic and confident Key Account Manager with extensive experience in Fresh produce or FMCG to ensure our customer's service levels exceed their expectations. The role is integral to the strategic achievement of the organization's objectives in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities & Duties:

National major retailer account management responsibility
Excellent customer relationship management and development of new/extended sales channels
Implementing and support company's business strategy in sales, volume and profitability
Contribute to business improvement initiatives with all stakeholders to ensure products are delivered in full, on time to meet our customer expectations
Experience in either supply and/or sales in the agricultural industry will be highly regarded

The role ideally requires a Fresh Produce or FMCG professional with 2-5+ years experience in sales, business development or account management. Experience in dealing with major National Retail Accounts and demonstrated success in relationship building and growing an FMCG type category in the fresh food industry will be highly regarded. It is favourable that the candidate will have import experience.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential.
Experience in customer-facing sales skills will be essential as well as high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel spreadsheets and reporting capability.
