HR and Recruitment specialist in Ruse, Bulgaria
We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team in Ruse, Bulgaria.
Your daily duties would be:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Workforce Planning and Employment
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Interviewing applicants
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Conducting training sessions
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Writing job descriptions
- Performing job evaluations and job analyses
- Assisting the payroll process
To be a successful candidate for this role you:
- must be organized and detail-oriented;
- must have excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
- must have computer and Internet proficiency
- must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team
Knowledge of hiring laws is a must as well.
We would expect that you have a relevant Bachelor's degree.
