HR and Recruitment specialist in Ruse, Bulgaria


We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team in Ruse, Bulgaria.

Your daily duties would be:

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Workforce Planning and Employment
  • Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Performing job evaluations and job analyses
  • Assisting the payroll process

To be a successful candidate for this role you:

  • must be organized and detail-oriented;
  • must have excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
  • must have computer and Internet proficiency
  • must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team

Knowledge of hiring laws is a must as well.

We would expect that you have a relevant Bachelor's degree.
