Gas station Manager, Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Our client is a fuel trader. For one of the gas stations in Plovdiv we are looking for a Manager who will organize and manage the operational work of the commercial site.

The work consists of:

- Personnel management and assignment of current tasks
- Implement active actions and use various tools to increase sales
- Study of consumer demand, determining the potential sales volume and the effect of operations related to the development of the customer base.
- Budget planning and control of revenues and expenditures
- Resolving problems
- Relationships with institutions related to the management of the site and its safe operation

Specific skills we are looking for in the right candidate:

- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and lead a team
- Commercial passion and negotiations skills
- Driving license
- Computer skills
