Role and Responsibilities of Food Production Manager

Food Production Manager is responsible for complete factory operations.

You will be coordinating and planning overall Unit Operations, Purchase Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.

Ensuring plant cost within budget and responsible for end-to-end operations in plant with utmost safety and quality.

Responsible for developing coaching of team & keeping team motivated for delivering goals in the plant.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must be B.Sc. / Diploma in Food Technology or another one related to the Food industry. .

Must have Factory Operations experience in Food industry.

Must have a good command of written and spoken English.

Must be well-organized and be available to work around 50 hrs per week.

 

Salary Package:

€  3400 monthly gross basic salary

€  8300 Performance Bonus per annum
