English speaking Office assistant, Ruse, Bulgaria

On behalf of our client, we are looking for

Office assistant with English language.

The successful candidate for this position has:

- experience as an office manager or technical assistant;
- skills for working with people from different levels of business and administration;
- excellent skills for written and oral correspondence in Bulgarian and English;
- desire for development and participation in interesting projects;
- responsibility.

The preferred candidate also:

- handles computer, internet and MS Office perfectly;
- is able to cope with the performance of several tasks simultaneously;
- is able to work independently and without the need for constant supervision.


Responsibilities:
- email correspondence;
- phone calls;
- organizing events and workshops;
- keeping schedules
- performance of other organizational and operational administrative tasks.
