Customer service Assistant with German, Sofia, Bulgaria


A company working in gambling software solutions will be happy to welcome a Customer Support Assistant that will offer assistance to players who use their brands. You should speak fluently German.

 The candidates must be able to work in the EU and be willing to live in Sofia. Relocation assistance will be provided.

The role:

  • Providing Customer Support to customers by telephone, e-mail, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer's inquiry.
  • Working together with team coaches and trainers to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date.
  • Making sure that the customer is satisfied with the whole customer service experience.
