Business Development Consultant - Commission only

Access Consultancy have an opportunity for experienced Business Development Consultant to join their workforce. The role will primarily consist of acquiring new clients and managing existing clients, with focus on different regions within Bulgaria or another EU country.

The core task will be to develop new business for our executive recruitment services.

SELF-EMPLOYED/ COMMISSION ONLY

Flexible hours, Home Based

Package: Uncapped Commission

The ideal candidate is:

  • educated to degree level or equivalent
  • able to influence and persuade potential clients by build profitable relationships and networks
  • Have proven experience in acquiring and developing new clients and managing existing clients
  • able to convert leads into firm profitable contracts
  • able to communicate effectively at all levels with relevant stakeholders - including clients and colleagues
  • able to work alone and as a team member
  • highly proactive and driven to succeed

Have excellent organisational and sales skills including: presenting to clients, prioritising of work, good time keeping etc.

Knowledge of any of the following industries sectors are desirable but not mandatory: Engineering, Energy, Environmental, Construction, IT

excellent English language skills

Duties

Develop new business for our executive recruitment services

Gain and maintain clients, identify and attract fee paying clients

Establish, develop and maintain profitable relationships with key introducer / opinion formers by working with establishments such as Local Authorities

Turn prospective leads into firm profitable contracts through networking, cold calling, social media, emailing, site visitations and presentations.
