Java applications Developer, Sofia or remote

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in the fintech industry and/or java applications. The position is for our client's office in Sofia but it can be performed from all across Bulgaria.

 

This role is perfect for you if...

• You have a degree in Computer Science or related (technology, engineering, maths).
• You can demonstrate a passion for programming using languages such as Java, C# or Python.
• You have in-depth expertise in MySQL and/ or Tomcat
• Experience with Oracle
• You’re analytical and good with numbers.
• You have strong skills in written and verbal communication.
• You are available to work on full - time basis  - Monday- Friday and some of the weekends when it is necessary.

 

Main duties:

• Design, configure, test, debug, and maintain fintech application projects
• Collaborate with other team members on assignments
• Estimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately
• Analyze business requirements and workflows to define acceptance criteria for features that are being developed
• Document project scope, requirements, architecture, design, etc. involving all relevant stakeholders
